The GVCC carries a C-27 License as well as a Qualified Applicators License (QAL), Corpsmembers and staff also carries the following certifications. GVCC will obtain specific training upon request.

Natural Resources

Corpsmembers work on projects involving environmental conservation, ecological restoration, public safety issues and public land beautification in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador counties.

Recycling

Corpsmembers receive environmental education in which they learn the valuable skills of recycling and waste management. Corpsmembers support our communities by providing waste diversion for businesses, schools, special events, non-profits, municipalities, public works departments, and cities. Crews manage all recycling operations including collection, sorting and marketing to local businesses.

Costs

The GVCC provides multiple day, weekly, monthly, or daily project work. A typical GVCC crew will consist of one supervisor and four corpsmembers. The GVCC carries insurance that will meet any sponsor’s needs. Invoicing occurs monthly or at the end of each project depending on contract specifications.



Hire Us

Hire the GVCC to provide service in your community! Depending on the service, we will send a crew of five to seven young adults between the ages of 18 to 26 along with supplies and a crew lead to your site.
